This is one of Kurpiński’s best-known instrumental works; sources list it as the Concerto in B-flat major for clarinet and orchestra, completed around 1823. In the PWM catalog and sheet music listings, it is listed as the “Clarinet Concerto in B-flat major,” available as a piano reduction and full score. It is an important example of his non-operatic work.
